OUR PHILOSOPHY
Not all business owners have the same long term objectives. Some want to build a billion dollar company and take it public. Others want to keep it simple and live a nice lifestyle. Many are along for the ride and not quite sure what the long-term objective is. Over the years, we’ve helped entrepreneurs clarify and meet these and other entrepreneurial objectives, but our philosophy and our skill set best positions us to work with lower middle market business owners – those with revenue between $5 and $50 million — who seek to exit their business within three to five years. We enjoy developing a trusting, professional relationship with these business owners and steering them through the most important business decisions of their life.
OUR SERVICES
Since not all business owners have the same objectives or face the same challenges, we designed our process to be comprehensive in perspective and planning but discrete in service offerings. Some of our clients need assistance thinking through an exit strategy but not with the execution of the plan. Others already have the plan but need transactional related services to grow the company so they can meet the objectives. Still others have the plan and can execute but just want to put into place an oversight mechanism to provide discipline and expertise.
